Products and Services 

o       Reports which detail all measures to be installed, the approximate cost of each measure, and a savings-to-investment ratio (SIR) for each measure, and cumulative (SIR).

o       Printout of  Information gathered at the time of the Audit, to include all square footage calculations, BTL and BDL calculations, combustion efficiency results pre-retrofit, mechanical ventilation calculations, pressure diagnostic results (where applicable), and a CAD-generated plan layout of each floor.

o       Assistance finding qualified installers.  We work only with installation companies whose employees are trained in weatherization techniques and know why they are doing what they are doing.

o       A follow-up, final inspection of all measures installed, a post-retrofit Blower Door test, a post-retrofit combustion air zone (CAZ) test, a pressure diagnostic test (where applicable)

·        Progressive pricing based on Square Footage of Building

o       Residential: $295 baseline for building up to 2000 square feet, plus $100 per each additional 1000 square feet, or portion thereof

o       Small Commercial: $495 baseline for building up to 4000 square feet, plus $200 per each additional 1000 square feet, or portion thereof

Thermal Camera Imaging: $125 includes Audit and Inspection Scan 
Combustion Testing:         $   75

·        Production management:

o       Audits are (2+) hours, based on square footage

o       CAD Model (2) hours

o       Client review and installer engagement (2) hours

o       Follow-up inspection, (2+) hours, based on square footage and measures installed

·        Industry-accepted quality standards enforced by final inspection
